New key for Citroen Dispatch

Hi, I recently got a new key working on my Berlingo B9 with the help of the Berlingo forums and would like to do the same with my Citroen Dispatch. I ordered a remote key on-line and managed to program it with the Diagbox I've had for a while so I'm fairly tech savvy doing things like this.

However the Dispatch is a bit newer (2015) and I don't have the plastic card with the various key numbers on it, I'm also not sure of what version of Digbox I would need to do it, currently have version 7.49. Any pointers would be helpful.

Your current version of Diagbox should be fine - the procedure is the same, but you'll still need your confidential code. Citroen can provide it for a nominal fee - if you take proof of ownership like the log book and some form of ID and something recent with your address on where the van is registered. Shouldn't be any more than about £15 if they do charge you.

Ok Cheers, I got the new key for the Berlingo from one of them on-line places, I just uploaded a picture of the key card and they cut it from that. Will Citroen be able to give me the key number as well as the confidential code, I presume they will. Its about £35 extra if you get the key cut via the VIN number on-line.

There is a number stamped on the non remote key I've got but its only 2 or 3 digits long.

Citroen will be able to supply you with the key code, and the confidential code required for programming the key with Diagbox for the same fee - ask them for all the codes - as they have it all there when they access it. They are charged for this by PSA, so usually just pass the cost onto you.
