308 cc window randomly opening

Hi,

I have a few queries regarding my 2009 308 Cabrio which I purchased on a whim a few months back and hopefully I can get some help on.

I’ll put them in separate posts to keep the subject more specific.

This one is regarding the window dropping which I have been told is a common fault from the old 307 too which has rumbled on over the few years.

The window drops occasionally and closes but always randomly and can carry on for a few minutes. Normal operation is fine, just the random movement is doing my head in.

I have been told there is a fix for this (other than a new window motor), can anyone point me in the right direction please?

I will give that a look over at the weekend once I demolish the door trim etc.
Shame it's not the passenger side that's a problem as that is the side I have a rattle so looks like 2 door pull aparts!!!
