Peugeot 806 sliding door contact switch

Hi, I have a broken contact switch at the right sliding door. Anybody know how to repair or buy it?

It is the 6 pin contact switch that control : power windows, door lock, etc.

Ok, that’s another diagram, I’ll need your VIN as there are several parts depending on your build code.
