The thread good looking modern cars, did produce some acknowledgement of a few modern designs which appealed, and my own observation that as darkness falls, the blandness and identikit nature of the modern car is hidden and out comes a tiny bit of design individuality let loose....arguably not in a good way, but I do like the Alfa

I very much liked the older Maserati rear lights:

But even more the early C5 estate:

To the extent that I think it is the best part of the car, aesthetically.

Always liked the idea if those Volvos having a highlevel brake light - even though the brake lights were at the same height!
