My number 4 injector (rightmost as you look at the engine) is spewing out diesel (or rather, vegetable oil) all over my engine bay, looks a lot like it's coming out of the blank off plug where the leak off pipe is in the other injectors.
Don't really want to make a hash of it, is replacing this blank plug as easy as it looks? Long nose pliers to pull the old one off, then slide the new one on, job done?
1.9D DW8 Injector leak off blank plug leaking. Easy to replace?

Yes.
Though some prefer to get a short length of leak-off pipe, fold it double and tie it with a cable tie, tight, then pop one end of it over where you've just taken the blanking plug off. The plugs are a bit rubbish and this way of using a piece of pipe is stronger.

Replaced it (part number 1575 09, £1.40 + VAT from the dealer), pulled it off, put new one on, all sorted
