Have you spotted an 18 reg yet
Assuming it was a CX 5 then the new owner for the pleasure is prepared to fork out a deposit of £3,000 and 42 monthly payments of £289.
for that deal you could only have 9,000 miles of that pleasure before hitting the excess mileage charge.
Regards Neil

Not seen one yet... Been looking in a casual way but as I have travelled so little this week unless I see one whilst running or cycling - or one comes to live near me - I'm unlikely to for some time...

Being close to "The Home of Aston Martin" I would hope that your 18 spot could even be be one of those. Probably more likely is a new "fleet" thing like a van/commercial vehicle or a hire car.

No, by far the vast majority of new Astons that roll out of the showroom have private plates Neil...
It is usually a commercial vehicle I first spot wearing a new registration...

Spotted my first one today on my cycle home from work. A hulking great big Merc SUV thing...
It stank to high heaven as it passed me... So much for the latest emissions regs

Re: Have you spotted an 18 reg yet?
Well I haven't seen another one yet, although I was amused last night when I saw "my 18 reg Mazda SUV" in action.
Knowing the geography of the estate very well our new 18 reg owner set off on the right hand estate road which after about 250 yards ends in a dead end with a little bit of parking next to the shops! Yes £289/month and £3k deposit to use up 0.5 miles of his 9000 allowance to get a couple of pints of milk!
So what have we got so far in the 18-reg spotting stakes half way through March...
Me-A double spot of the same white Mazda SUV
Michel-A broken down small Mercedes
CitroJim-A hulking great big Merc SUV thing...
Someone get the Prime Minister on the blower the UK Car Market is in crisis..
Unless you have spotted one and are keeping it to yourself!!!
Regards Neil

Nope, still haven't seen one.

Re: Have you spotted an 18 reg yet?
Got one living just across the road from me now... A black van of some description...
Not a clue what it is... These days I'm totally blind to new vehicles... I'm like the little old lady who can only differentiate various models by colour
Maybe because they all look the bloody same by and large and mostly pig-ugly at that...
I can say in all honesty that I have utterly zero interest in any new cars...
If I ever need to get one then I'm going to be helpless... I'll just go and buy a little orange or yellow one - that'll do...
