peugeot 3008 fuel filter change

service due and i need to change the fuel filter on a DV6C engine looks easy to get at but I was wondering how easy it is to prime after changing the filter element there is a pump button on the top of the filter housing ,are there any tips on doing it.

PSA specify the use of a special Tee shaped connecting hose to bleed the filter, but this guy got away with just bleeding it into a cup:



I would argue he was a bit heavy handed with the securing bolts, and I would have done it in plastic tub to avoid spilling the diesel everywhere!!
