Hi Marc,

According to this map there are three Tesla superchargers in the Czech Republic:

https://www.teslarati.com/map/?place=Czech%20Republic

As well as about a dozen destination chargers:

https://www.tesla.com/en_GB/findus/list ... edirect=no

However what you might be missing is that Tesla's can also be charged at normal public charging points used by other EV's - both AC and Chademo DC with an adaptor cable. If you go to http://plugshare.com and look up Czech Republic you'll see there are over 30 DC rapid chargers (orange icon) and over 30 AC chargers (green icon) available which can be used by any EV's including Tesla's.

Finally don't forget that if you have off street parking you can charge any EV at your house. As Tesla's have a long range compared to most EV's its perfectly possible to charge only at home and not need to charge anywhere else unless you go on a long trip.

So it looks like there are plenty of places for a Tesla to charge in your country!

I spotted on in Bristol last Friday week, it was on a poorly lit street, I turned round to see what it was, fell off the kerb and landed very hard on the the road, my ribs still hurt now.

So if you put "Wilkieston" into your Satellite navigation device when you are at Dalmeny you actually drive right past an outpost of Tesla, just on the edge of Out of Town PoshCarShowroomville.(AKA Edinburgh
Luxury Car Village)

So heres one spotted on the journey

They are soooooh, unutteringly boring, I'm amazed anyone's ever noticed one, much less recognised it.

Not exactly spotted in the wild but come across on the internet!

Never heard of a Denza before. Not surprising its from China. It is however the product of a 50/50 joint venture between Daimler and BYD.

Yes and the website is in Chinese

Walking back from the station this evening I was amazed to see a Renault "Twizzle" coming down the street, I glanced behind me as it passed &, much to my surprise, it turned accross the pavement & into a drive. Now I'm curious, so will look out for it.

There is, IIRC, a place in Brockenhurst that hires out the Twizies. I also spot one if I am coming back to Reading (via Benson) from Aylesbury.

Back from Benson.... Takes me back to an often used back-roads cut . . . Used to travel from Sonning, Caversham Heights, Emmer Green, and north along the lanes to Nettlebed (Nettlebed with Potten End?), to break out on the Henley-Oxford road. Then a lovely straight swoosh up towards Benson - wonderful in an R-V8!

One extraordinary episode of Tinker, Tailor... was filmed in a cottage in Nettlebed - the episode with the fabulous almost-solo performance by Beryl Reid, as the once-was and alcoholic intelligence operative. Magic!

Fond memories of that part of Berkshire and Oxfordshire: first real girlfriend, first motorbike (a 250cc Norton), first car, Brakspear's ale, steak sandwiches in crusty break at The Bottle & Glass. Happy days.
