Pickled Egg Quiz

Post by NewcastleFalcon »

With the Pickled Egg jukebox having a life of its own, heres a thread that can be a receptacle for that other great bastion of entertainment....the Quiz.

Ported this over as a Starter, and here's a bonus new one to try

25 once popular cars now almost extinct in the UK 7mins to get as many as you can from the pictures.

Oh dear! If there was a league I would be in the relegation zone! 11 out of 29 for the Western Route, and marginally better 17/25 for the busiest stations.

There is at least one quiz which is bang on topic for the FCF, but you have to know your Peugeots

Can you pick the numbers that have been used for Peugeot car models?

Mandrake's rear brake problems over on his blog got me thinking about this one.......

General knowledge. Your starter for 10. No conferring please:

Excluding the C-Zero and Ion, what was the last mass market purely rear wheel drive car that PSA produced ? :)

Just edited in a reference to the film "Jagged Edge" which I do believe had one of the 1,351,254 in it driven by Glenn Close in its Station Wagon form :-D

Yes as far as I can work out the closest answer to your question is the Peugeot 505

Pretty good question if I say so myself posed on The Nostalgic Confectionary thread

Bit of nostalgia, bit of never knew that. Very straightforward internet search from the info given comes up with the answer pop over and claim your 9 points! They are probably still sold today, but would be surprised if Chloroform and Ether still appeared on the ingredients list!
