Turbo pressure electronic valve control excessive flow detected

Hi,

I have Citroen C4 Picasso 1.6 Hdi. The anti-pollution faulty message is coming up and the diagnostics gives the message "turbo pressure electronic valve control excessive flow detected". Any ideas as to what the possible cause could be ?
