I've never had a problem staying awake when driving, even when doing silly distances in a day - Salou to Dieppe, for example. It's when I stop my problem arise. I get balance and dizzyness problems, much like when one gets off a boat on to dry land..

My brain has recently learnt that my ankle has been sore for a long time. The physio today said my ankle is strong and moving well. She had me repeatedly standing on one leg, on tiptoes at full extension. She told me to carry on until it was impossible and stopped me at 74. She said most people can't do 15. My pain receptors have become so used to .y ankle being painful they're firing off when not needed. Now I need to do odd stuff like rub my foot gently with a paper towel to start desensitizing it. Oh, and take medication to stop the pain I haven't got...

Like I said to Mrs. Michel when she said "Is that good or bad news?"
......

"Both"...
