You should be able to easily Dave. I can't remember what phone you have, but in any case:
Make sure you are in 'Full Editor & Preview' mode when posting.
Hit the Attachments Option
Then select 'Add Files'
On my iPhone, this will trigger all the places that I have photos stored as below - select the location and picture and that is it.
Once uploaded, you then put the cursor where you want the picture (add a new line first) and then press the 'Place Inine' option next to your uploaded picture.
