Fault codes

I have a 4007 hdi with the engine light on. Have read the codes (snap on souls) and have the following faults.

Not to concerned about the egr code as I blanked it off.

Advice appreciated on the other codes

Hi and welcome - Your codes are mostly to do with the reason why you blanked off the EGR - the glow plug code is common and nothing to worry about normally, but it is not happy with the fuel cap sensor as this notifies the system whenever you put fuel into the car so that the additive amount can be calculated and injected into the fuel tank for correct regeneration.

Thanks for the reply. Having searched around is the fuel cap sensor similar to other models covered in the previous threads

I can't say for certain as I don't have a Peugeot, but PSA like to share components wherever they can, put it that way. I know that your mech has used a 'Snap-On' diagnostic, but a Planet Peugeot 2000 / Diagbox will be able to do a lot more in terms of the diagnostics and testing, so might be able to pint it down a little more for you.
