Not so easily nowadays I have to say. An awful lot of my previous contacts have retired/died/moved out of the country.

But I get by.
As I get older I think a lot about the hereafter - I go into a room and then wonder what I'm here after.

I can reccommend someone in rhyl if it helps but I'm sure you'll find any minor adjustments easier if you stay local.
