citroen ax 10E blower upgrade

Hi, My AX 10E has some quirks around the blower. I replaced the switch but, no avail.

What exactly do I need to rewire to upgrade a 2 speed to 3 speed ? I have 6541G5 as spare.

Its getting an airconditioning and a/c blower so I am sorted.
