Citroen Relay timing belt

I have a Citroen Relay with a 2.2L ( Ford ) engine
What is the recommended mileage to change the cambelt?
The handbook is rather confusing and could suggest three different mileages.

The Ford engine has a timing chain. This engine is the 2.2 from late 2006 on.
