If that was in mk there's a good chance it's the one Jim and me spotted a while back.

Yep, down in the industrial estate opposite the Blechley Tesco.

Yep, that was the general area we saw it last time... It was in the car park in Bletchley where Sports Direct and Chavs'R'Us are located, along with Halfrauds just around the corner...

Spotted a lovely red 1969 Hillman Imp Sport near Semington (between Devizes and Trowbridge) yesterday...

Ack... Don't mention Devizes...It was one of the example towns used when I did the bus and crew scheduling course back in 2005(?).

The moment I hear it I immediately start seeing bus graphs and crew rosters in my sleep...

I'm sorry Zel  I didn't realise the place we'll no longer mention by name has such bad memories...

My last word on the subject is that I rather like the place and could happily live there...

It also appears to have an excellent bus service too judging by how many I see when I pass through the place and their myriad destinations - you must have done something good ;)

Todays spot Fiat X1/9. Not this exact one...this one is from the EValbum with details of its conversion which had a surprisingly low reported cost of $8,850 bearing in mind there is a stock of li-ion batteries in there, motor, controllers etc. Not much range or speed but looks pretty good for a cruise.

http://www.evalbum.com/4374

Also saw a yellow Volvo Estate from the side. Probably a 760 or 850 just looked like a proper cavernous estate car with its trademark boxy lines :-D

More Fiat from me for today. I saw a very nice white one of these two. Unfortunately it was the more aggressive looking one of the two. No crackle and parp from the tail pipe either :-D

Useful for anyone studying German. Who knows, what he is saying may be as annoying as Clarkson!

I think I've seen a white one a few days ago and a black one today. Had no idea what it was but looked nice for a modern car.

Classic car Spring/Summer 2017 Collection

Post by NewcastleFalcon »

Time for a title change in the Classic car spotting season Spring 2017 has definitely arrived!

..and appropriately to mark the change of the seasons, there has been a fair degree of "open-toppage" going on even up here in Northumberland. Lovely sight today a frog-eye sprite in a gorgeous blue. Will have to look the shade up but wouldn't be surprised if it was wedgewood blue/powder blue or something of that ilk!

No original pictures I'm sorry to say.
