Spotted one of my favorites the other day, a Rover P5, and passed by the Red Bx again....dont think it has moved since the last time.

In nearly 34 miles of a bike ride today I saw nothing of interest. Everyone around here all seem to drive SUVs...

Same around here seemingly, out in force today.
Followed a Jaguar "Evoke" (F-Face). Like BMWs it seems indicators are an additional option.
I did find a tidy 02 Saxo parked next to me though :)

If you like P5's, dig out the film The Man Who Haunted Himself - bound to be on YouTube - the star of the film.

Given that they were mentioned here a week or so ago, I was surprised to see an Austin 2200 on the road a couple of days ago. They were rare here even when new, as we would normally have got the Australian versions (Tasman/Kimberley).

I also saw an immaculately restored Humber 80 the same day (not my cup of tea at all).

Wasn't he also upstaged by a Volvo P1800 in "The Saint"?

Paint colour is Burgundy. Not sure about the Connolly leather.
As a student, I had a 1960 Mk1 Three Litre, City Grey with grey leather. Didn't get to the V8 until my third P6.

VW Fastback today, very possibly a sort of dull two-tone.

Volkswagen did describe it as their most beautiful car in advertising at the time...not sure that says very much :-D

I spotted a Triumph Toledo on my bike ride this afternoon :)

It was warm and sunny so I took the opportunity to ride just in bibshorts and a short-sleeve jersey (plus helmet and cycling shoes of course).. Good to get some sunlight on my arms and legs :)

I always imagine Toledo's to be bright yellow with black interiors!

They look lovely in yellow Neil :D

The one I saw was in very unflattering (and flat!) dark brick red...

I must get a helmet cam so I can get pictures of my spots when cycling....
