Can I confirm I can recharge my battery with a trickle charger whilst still on the car ?

Prior to fitting a new battery, I hooked mine up, whilst still connected, to my CTEK charger with no issues at all.

Well my charger's clips would not stay on the positive terminal so I had to remove the battery and charge in the garage.

The plastic battery tray is an awful idea but snaps easily. The battery was such a tight fit I broke the plastic securing clip in removal.

More importantly the battery is charged and the car is working fine. I will set the clock later.
