Weld some stub axles on each corner and a tow hitch, call it a trailer ?

I like that, be interesting to see the planning officers reaction when they come down to serve notice only to find it is a trailer.

Just add a lighting board , attach a car on the day and tell them to "do one" :)

One of my colleagues had roof space over a dairy that he wanted to convert into living accommodation for a business partner, after two years of applying with repeated modifications to the plan the planning officer told him at a site meeting that the only way he would get permission was if he demolished the lot and rebuilt it a metre back from its current location.

He picked up the guy by his lapels and shook him in front of several witnesses including solicitors for both parties ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, and the planning permission was mysteriously granted without further ado.
Man is, by nature, a lazy beast, he does not need twice encouraging to do nothing.
