Type B MFD & Trip Computer - Mystery Options

I've added a Type B MFD & the Trip Computer button at the end of the wiper stalk to my '04 Berlingo and have some unexpected options on the MFD when scrolling through. Please can anyone help filling in the gaps?
There may be a clue that the MFD is apparently from a 2005 C8, same part number fits a C5 too I think

The mystery options:

1, Overspeed ON Prog / Off - I'm assuming that this is the Overspeed Warning which needs to be set while you're driving.
2, Programming Quit / Mem - ?????
3, Check Control Quit / OK - ?????

If you have some of these options they may not be relevant to the berlingo - or may be there bu may not work as expected if not designed for that vehicle. On the Mark 1 C5, the overspeed warning was set when holding in the left hand stalk until the programming message is shown then hold the button in at the desired speed and the BONG would sound. Exceeding the set speed would just make a 'Bong' again. I think the Check / Control was just a quick run through any faults IIRC - it's been a while though.

Thanks Marc. Your explanation of 'Overspeed' is pretty much what I was thinking it might be and from what I've read elsewhere, 'Check Control' seems to be for any faults that occur while you're driving. I can check if the first works and hope that the second never does! Programming ... remains a mystery.

Anyone have a C8 or C5 circa 2005 handbook they can email me or link to?

Programming just displays whilst it is waiting for you to press the button at the desired speed limit you want to set before the bong goes off.

Thanks Marc, I'll take another look tomorrow and see if I can make a bit more sense of it.

As noted previously, anyone with a copy or link to a C5 or C8 Handbook from around 2005, please post a link or a PM?
