Have just replaced a rear corner sphere, which has been slowly leaking its gas (went down from 30bar to 20bar in 10 days). When I unscrewed that sphere, there was a quantity of very heavily aerated - nitrogenated - fluid immediately behing the sphere, and in the suspension cylinder.

Hmm, if I find that then I think it's a warranty claim as they're mere months old! It's annoying though as I'll have to buy the replacement first because the supplier will have to send the failed part away for tests to confirm it's warranty.
