right ive searched this forum and looked at that 306 thingy but nowhere does anyone give a indication about how many turns of the wastegate screw gives a certian amount of boost ie: on the garret 1 turn = 1psi so what is it on the kkk turbo please
the other thing is my mates got one of those turbo adjusters on his petrol turbo ford and ive thought can i use one of those to do the job instead of crawling under car if i do will this not affect the thing on top of pump.
ive turned the cog 5 turns but while taking off the top the diaphram came out and im not sure where it should be set to for the tuning
many thanks
kkk turbo increase how

Fit a boost guage now before you do anything else, then start making small adjustments.
When I did mine I went for 1 turn at a time, it took about 10turns to make any difference then it went up pretty quickly, probably did about 15 turns to get it from 0.8 to 1.3bar but yours might be different depending on the condition of the turbo and the fact you've played about with it already.
When testing you need to find a bit of road where you can get it into 5th and over 3000rpm with your foot to the floor, this gives you the maximum boost.

Blimey, calm down, talk about over reacting.
I'm not really sure I can understand what you have written, there being no punctuation or grammer of any sort.
Right, turning the 'cog' on the fuel pump will not get you any more boost. You have to adjust the turbo wastegate for that.
I didn't mean to come across as sarcastic and I'm sorry if it seemed I did, but the way you have written the post you came across as not really knowing.
Yes, the maximum you want to see is about 1.25 bar on the standard intercooler, any more and the charge temperature rockets as the standard 'cooler cant take it.
As for the diaphragm, look for the shiney 'marked' part of the eccentric shaft, this is where the fuelling pin touches it and this will give you a starting point.
Please try and write posts which contain proper English, not having a go, then more people can understand your predicament and be in a better position to help. Jumping down their throats doesnt help either. Yes, as you say, this forum is for helping people, and I hope I can be of help to you.
