Bleeding Xantia Brakes

Help please
Any one enlighten me how to bleed the brakes on my 97 Xantia 1.9TD LX.
further to my earlier query on suspension and brakes it was suggested that this should have been done by the repairing garage. I hope to do this job at week end as brakes are not very good and as I do not have a manual I am at a loss how to do it
