2014 Grand Picasso C4 warm air con

Air conditioning blows ambient air temp. Air con pipes in engine bay hot. Dealer says the air con is correctly gassed, has the latest type of gas ?. Sounds all wrong to me. Ideas welcome

Can you tell if the compressor clutch is engaging? (it seems likely that it is not).

Assuming that the system has gas, then you probably need to get the car connected to a Lexia diagnostic tool to check for fault codes and parameters.

2014 will be a warranty job surely? Take it back till they fix it! Otherwise try another dealer that actually understands AC systems - although if the computer says no, then all bets may be off....!
