How long should the Key number be?

Hey guys, got the dealer local to me to get some keys in based on my VIN number. all cushty (£40 for insert and a plain key ) but i've just realised they didn't supply the key code, just the cut keys (in massive bags..)

Obviously I can always go back to them if I need any cutting again but with them taking a week to obtain them i'd rather use the local timpsons for same day!

there is a number on both of the bags that is the same, but i'm not sure its the key number (says CLE and identifant), one is 4 digits and the other is 7 (but ends with the same 4 digits) so if anyone has one to hand (obviously don't post it!) to see what it looks like

On the crusiform type keys there should be 7 numbers, 5 for the cuts along the top & 2 for the side cuts (there are 4 cuts on the side that are actually letters but they are converted into a 2 digit number). They key number also can sometimes have an extra 3 digits in front of the number, usually 2 letters and a number, this is the code for the blank key.
If you post (or PM if you prefer) close up & in focus pics of the top & side profiles of the key i should be able to read the key number off it to see if it ties up with what you have.
Do timpsons have key cutting equipment that can cut to code ??

no idea actually, i remember them cutting me a key for the saxo years ago but not sure if it was with the code...
