I have just had a call from reg transfers who are advertising said reg number for sale. They have had no response from the vendor despite phoning and writing to him [emoji12] [emoji13] [emoji23]

I've had that experience with a couple of Nos. that had been on several agents' books for extended period; I made offers but never heard any more.

It's on citrojims car. There is no way he is parting with it or the car, and he has not heard from reg transfers who are advertising it for sale
