Hello
I have a Citroen Nemo Multispace and recently have noticed a clicking noise from the nearside front wheel when you pull away.
This is a single click that happens when you move forward, or change direction to reverse, you do not get clicking when it goes around a corner.
My guess is that there is some play or wear in one of the drive shaft joins?
Is this serious please, what will happen if I just ignore it?
If necessary how much work is involved in repairing this problem?
Thanks for your advice, Robin

Re: Citroen Nemo Drive Shaft Clicking
Does it do it on full lock or with the steering in any position? If its on lock it will be a worn CV joint, if it does it in any position it could be a lot of things, if it doesn't cause a problem I wouldn't worry about it.

Re: Citroen Nemo Drive Shaft Clicking
Thanks for your reply.
It appears to do it with the steering in any position, but I'll check later if full lock makes the clicking worse.
It usually happens when you pull away and always if you change direction to/from forwards and reverse.
Glad to hear it's safe to ignore it for the time being

Sound like it could be a loose wheel or brake pad

Re: Citroen Nemo Drive Shaft Clicking
Could be a suspension ball joint or rubber bush or even a loose subframe bolt, I expect the MOT man would find it.
