I still haven't got my refund for the first clutch I got from Mr auto due to their system classifying the activa as a 2.0 16v. I don't know how to do a screenshot so I hope this works. I nearly fell off the chair when I read it!

God, the male bovine excrement some companies come up with to avoid paying out when they should! I now am boycotting Tesco, after I heard that they delayed paying suppliers to make their profits seem higher. One Easter Egg supplier had to take out a £10,000 loan to pay their staff their Christmas wages!

Well this is now escalated to a claim rather than a dispute. If you ever but something from this shower of xxxxxxxxxs make sure it is the exact part you need and hope the part arrives promptly and undamaged. Their returns and refunds procedure is a nightmare. They will not communicate via PayPal and insist they will not refund while a dispute is in place, but paypal say do not cancel the dispute until the refund arrives in my account. I am officially pissed off

Well, they're in the wrong, but that's what happens when you dish out abuse before you've got your money back..

Their excuse is clearly bollocks, as is that tool I'm currently dealing with.

He's in line for a dressing - down of monumental sorts when I get my money back!

I'm keeping quiet just now with Mr auto. I mailed them on their own system saying I'm now only communicating via PayPal. Mr auto are claiming to have tried to phone me twice, which is bollocks. I will let rip properly when this is resolved.

At long last Mr Auto has refunded me. They did not tell me, PayPal did. I can't even be arsed sending then an abnoxious mail.
