Citroen Dispatch 1.6 HDI Tuning Help.

Hello,

New to the forum, Currently Drive a audi S3 and a Citroen Dispatch 1.6 HDI

What are people doing to the 1.6 HDI's tuning wise, A remap was my first point of call but i've been digging abit. Seems people or fitting bigger intercoolers and the bigger turbos from the 207 110 hdi. Anyone know what intercooler would be a straight forward fit?

I've just changed the turbo as my old one had some play init which I deemed excessive, Oil change and flush, Oil and filter change and again oil and filter change to eliminate the carbon build up lol.

Any Help would greatly be appreciated

Who did my c3 1.6 90HDi and flipping hell it's quick now. give them a shout, well worth it.

I wouldn't if I were you, those engines are troublesome enough as standard.

Chris, is this the lot in Bristol?

Did you send your ECU to them, or take the car down, or buy the map from them and install it yourself with the Galletto cable etc? If you sent your ECU to them, how long was the turnaround? I must get the Berlingo done...

It was the Bristol lot. I sent them the ecu. They received it on the Thursday and on Saturday morning it was back with me.
