Hi all
One of my rear head rests is refusing to rise up.
Any suggestions?

C5 x7 2.0 HDi 160 hp Estate exclusive, moved on.

According to the manual, the button only has to be pushed in to lower or remove the headrest from the high position. Have you tried lowering it all the way down using the button, then tried to raise from that position?

It is refusing to rise up. Even pushing the button and pushing down it will move a small bit but still refuses to go up.

Kenny - I can only guess that it has been removed by someone previously and re-inserted possibly forced in incorrectly and is outside the channel? Here's the image of the rear seat in case that helps with a visual:
