What polish/Wax do you use

So may different ones on the market now and i know some will swear by the brand they use.

I am looking at Meguiares Polish and Collinite 476 Wax.

Anyone use them

Ive used a few Meguiares products on a few cars, especially the light swirl remover, and liked them a lot but i have always used Autoglym on the XM, dark colours wax and a hard wax protector in liquid form, i dont find any better or worse but just different tbh.
I stick with Autoglym on the X because ive used it for over 12 years on that car and dont want to mix on another product, hell for all i know the car could of desolved years ago and all thats left is a shell of wax with the paint stuck to the inside.

There is something very satisfying about applying a wax out of a tin though, yes i know, im not right.

I have always used Autoglym but was thinking of trying something else.

I use autoglym on dark colours and turtlewax on light colours. Sometimes use colour magic on red if it's a bit faded, aka 4 coats of it on the bucket of a fiesta van I had, and on black if is swirly. Autoglym window polish is the only stuff I will put on glass, once washed with fairy liquid and dried with a glass towel, but rarely do the inside, as the windows seem to steam up more if polished.

I use Autoglym polish on exterior windows on my cars and truck, Not on windscreen obviously. I also use Autoglym metal polish on the fuel tank of my truck.

Why change my polish i ask myself, Because i am curious as to what everyone else uses.

I've used meguiares clay bar last year and their detailing spray. The clay I could not believe how effective it was at removing tar and other crap. Used autoglym for years but the quality went downhill whilst the prices went crazy, so like many, I have a shed full of half opened polish, silicone wax, resin something, canuba this and about a thousand Mr Blobby microfibre washing mitts!

I have just bought a new clay bar, I threw out all my old polishes, as you say we try this and that, It depends on the car paintwork i think and different makes of car shine better than others. I will start saving for the Welsh Aston Martin and try some good polish on that, It should have some good paint on it.
