Would "Citroen Locking Wheelnuts" fitted to a Xantia be the type that needs a traditional "key", or one that required a specially shaped socket ?
If it's any difference, it's a 95 VSX
Any thoughts ?
Locking Wheelnuts ?

The ones i had on mine had a round face with 5 round dowels in it.The head/face of the stud/nut had 5 holes in it to recieve the adapter.I had the dowels shear off on mine.Citroen couldn`t get a new one.Had the old one repaired at work, but wouldn`t remove them.I had to drill them off the car.Haven`t botherd replacing them.

Thanks for your thoughts.
I've decided it's a bit too far away for me to risk driving, but if anyone is interested..

>To be quite honest, the "alloys" on mine are just not worth nicking. Probably the locking wheelnuts are the most valuable feature!!
AFAIK Activas have specially reinforced wheels to cope with the extra stresses of activa suspension. You can probably only get them from Citroen, and the price will no doubt make your eyes water. But at least they're not fancy looking so someone wants to pinch them!
