Whirring noise when driving

2003 plate 307 2.0l HDI when accelerating it makes like a whirring sound. When idle its totally fine.
Think it maybe the drive shaft or clutch. Only makes a noise when accelerating when clutch is pressed it slowed down but doesn't go away unless the car is going slow. Here is an audio clip from inside the car.

what about if you free wheel or coast out of gear (clutch up)
