2003 C3 Bumper trim removal

Hi quick question. I've searched the forum but cant find help with this. I want to replace the little bumper inserts on the front bumper of the C3 but not sure how to remove them. Do they just pop out if levered or do they attach from behind meaning i need to take wheelarch liners out.

Dave, I'll assume standard C3 and that you are referring to the rounded bumper inserts and not the lower bumper mouldings. To get these off you need to remove the top lateral strengthener from the inside. Once this is off you can get to the clips of the inserts. There are 8 altogether on each insert. I wouldn't risk trying to lever these off from the front as they could end up worse or could damage surrounding trim.
