Most earlier series 1 cars don't have the high level brake light in the bootlid like that :(

I think it was during 1996 the brake light was introduced...

Mine was first registered in Feb 1996, no rear brake light, incidentally does anyone know how I can find out when she was manufactured?

Post the vin number, we can get you the total build report (as long as its recorded by Citroen)

My 205 is October 95 and doesn't have a high level brake light.
