'tis a Peugeot 403 from around 1960, a bit rare even then 1.5 engine I think.

Jim, my brother worked for BL Australia until it closed down.
He bought the very last Mini they produced direct off the assembly line for his daughter, his grandson still owns it, restored it after it was left in the garage for years.
