Finally got the Activa ram fixed, they also fixed a leak on the front ram return pipe (not the Activa one). Car drives well now and doesn't take long to rise up.

Another twelve months m.o.t on the blue Activa. Only one or two advisory notices on it. Looking like I will be doing the rear brake pipes when the weather gets a little better. They also said that the near side front and rear indicators where slightly discoloured. If they were anymore orange they would be oranges. But saying that when they failed it first time around, they put one failure point down to an air freshener on the rear view mirror.

Well at least now I have my ticket for the next twelve months. The silver Activa is now due in march so will give it a good look over after Christmas.

Keep the faith and one day may the force with you. I've had to spend a little bit of cash to get stuff sorted on the car. As the weather is not great and the other car lives in the garage. But well worth the money to have the blue one on the road.

So sorry Jim i missed out on the reply.
It cost me £150 for the ram repair but that did include lhm and also a repair to a small leak on the front rear side ram, just a pipe that had a nick in it so he cut it back a little and job done.
Not a great expense when compared to a new ram. Was going to bother you for the job :rofl2: :rofl2: :rofl2:

Alasdair how dare you. Yes it was Jim's way or the highway. You've made me feel hungry again talking of flapjack. Going to have to hit the gym next week.

Sorted all the annoying noise's out.
1:Rear brake calliper that was knocking done.
2:Top engine mount (no rubber left)

And now it sounds like the indicator is operating on it's own. Hoping it is only a loose connection,at a most new stalk which I can take of the silver Activated for now.
