...well... "Georgia State University's Office of Emergency Management Fire Safety Section" may give us an idea. They were purchased to be used as props for the Fire Safety Carnival, to announce the grand opening of the office's in-house fire extinguisher services and also to provide a space for Fire Safety Carnival sponsors to advertise.

Fire Safety Officer, James Brundage, explains, "The results were fantastic resulting in rave reviews by the Carnival attendees and other visiting colleges and University's Safety and Fire Prevention departments."

.......as well as the "inflatable" the Pickled Egg has also invested in a nice little Shebeen, the original mobile pub, but what would be a suitable vehicle to tow it with? or maybe old fashioned horsepower would be more appropriate :!:

....yes a couple of these on the table would get the party going, maybe with a bit of variety on the sticks like a pickled onion or two, or cold black pudding cubes.

A crocodile cucumber would be a novelty

My curiousity got the better of me and I though I would look on actual Trip Advisor to see if there were any other pubs in the world called "The Pickled Egg".

Bingo, there is, or should I say was, at least one-206 Oakton Avenue, Peewaukee, Wisconsin, U.S.A.

While our own Landlord's absinthe night was not quite the sucess he'd hoped for, some clues to the demise of the Peewaukee Pickled Egg may have been in the type of themed nght they offered....
