Excellent :-D I like that a lot, maybe a couple of shades darker and it'll be perfect...

Yellow can look great if it's on a fun car like a Ferrari or Porkie but on a Xantia it'll look like it's AA rescue, meals on wheels or municipal refuse dept vehicle

So not an approved Xantia colour then Richard. I was thinking more the deep yellow seen on some late 90s Saxos... The deep buttercup...

Good lord that mango colour really was municipal yellow, I recall seeing a Xantia estate in yellow around Chesham which looked very much as if had previously belonged to the AA, not good for a Xantia IMO. From what I've heard wrapping a car comes with a warning that sometimes when the wrap is removed the paintwork can be damaged by the wrap process.

Only if you dont warm it up first.
There was a Yellow Xantia estate down here some years back, it did remind me of the Yellow Morris Ital British Telecom vans (theres a blast from the past) i used to see as a small boy, a Lambo in the same colour does not.

I recall seeing that Xantia, somewhere between Berkhamsted and Chesham, with a broad white stripe down the sides. It isn't there any more (I wish it was, I would have tried to get a photo). S reg, IIRC.

I was thinking of early Yellow BT Vans too... The ones with Buzby on the side... Gosh I miss those simple, more innocent days...

They were keen on Bedford HA Vans if I recall correctly and then yellow Sierra Estates. I thought the yellow suited the Sierra a treat...

It used to be parked in the driveway of a house on the north side of the A416 in Ashley Green to be precise, IIRC I think I later saw it advertised on eBay at some point.
