Maxi Fuse box

Citroen Xantia 2 hdi mk 2: Where is my maxi fuse box? Which relays are in the engine fuse box? and the facia fuse box? And does everyone hate haynes manuals as much as I do?

Maxi or main fuse box behind the battery under a cover.there is two thick high current cables then that run out the side behind the wing to the right of the battery... and goes round the front across under the radiator then up along behind the left wing and goes into the car and provides main power to the fuse box under the dash.

I have described Uk RHD cars. I have no idea if lhd cars have the fuse box on the left side of the dash. For example are lhd cars mirror'd to rhd cars.
