Spot-on Malcolm. There was one other unusual location spare wheel puzzle, but looking back over the thread it would have been
far too easy for you!

Malcolm Its no holds barred with the Whatsthisthen? for me so image source info, google image search or whatever are legitimate tools.

As is a bit of skullduggery on the images, by disguising the source like this one

Image

looks like the front-view shot gave it away though

Re: Whatsthisthen? Tintin Special

Post by NewcastleFalcon »

I like a bit of "ligne claire" Here are a few cars that have appeared in Herge's Adventures of Tintin, plenty more where thes came from. Hopefully not too difficult.

for British Car aficionardos L'ile Noire is the particular adventure of Tintin for you.

I always suspected the continentals had a guilty passion for these

Image

and looks like George Gently has just exited stage right on this one

I did have one in an 02 reg Picasso, and I did use it. Was handy to keep the kids stuff all in one place and not all over the boot.

Well done Davie.....I have just acquired one too.....attached to a 2002 Xsara Picasso 2.0HDi as well! Our summer camping car project. Like the way all the rear seats come out in a matter of seconds, leaving a cavernous space for your "stuff".

I liked my Picasso. I bought it brand new, then it was a victim of the first wife and me separating. It would actually be a good car for me nowadays, with my mobility problems. Even though it's too big for just me!
