406 trip computer help !!

hi all,
been buying a peugot 406 2.0 hdi 110 glx estate.its on a 03 & only got 100k on the clock,
been very well looked after and really clean,really happy with it &B drives mint
the only problem ive got is the trip computer,its in km instead of mpg??
ive looked in manual & says button 1 & 3 beside trip computer but hasn't got any buttons?
any help will be good thanks lee.

If you are new to it perhaps you are not in the right mode, if you press the end of the wiper stalk repeatedly it will change the display, keep pressing it until you get the one you want.

hi iver tried pressing end of wiper stalk,& it just changes between 1 2 & then goes to sat nav?
im after changing from km/miles & carnt seem to get it sorted???

I have just had a look at the handbook but it doesn't help. Yours being a GLX doesn't have buttons on the display so I would think that any display changes would have to be done with the satnav handset, if you go into 'menu' you will likely find a the function you need. You have to use it to set the clock anyway.

how do I actualy get into the menu via the stalks or sat nav handset ??

The handset should have a menu button. If you have any more problems post again and I will have a look at mine.

all sorted I used my friends remote to get into the settings & sorted ive bought a remote
