To register to vote you have to be British, or an EU or Commonwealth citizen living in the UK. Services members etc overseas can also vote.

Me too... I'll be voting. Our polling booth is in the swimming pool so it's easy for me. Vote after my morning swim...

After getting dressed of course... Not sure voting in budgie-smugglers is allowed...
