Door clicking

Does anyone have a solution to the clicking door problem? On acceleration, deceleration and turning corners, the drivers door clicks.. this is amplified by the door space itsself.. so can sound quite loud.. certainly annoying.. i replaced the door pins last year.. I can only assumne that with the cold weather the pins have shrunk allowing the worn door hinge to click again... other than replacing the door, any suggestions?

My drivers door makes a loud clicking noise, especially if I have just washed the car, since it went in for its last service. No sound when driving though.
I believe it's something to do with what they sprayed around the hinges.
Will be cleaning it of because they made a mess with it, & will apply some oil myself to see if that helps.

I was thinking of creating a grease nipple on each hinge .. after I realised a new door will not help as the worn part will be the hinge on the chassis.. and packing it with grease....And then there's always drilling out the hinge to a larger size and inserting a hardened tube. and the extreme solution of cutting off the hinge from the chassis and welding another on!!!
