"Best Offer Rejected"

Post by addo »

I offered £20 posted, on an Evilbay part priced at £21 posted - and it was rejected!

What was the point of saying "Or best offer" on the advert?

I hate it when sellers do that. I'm sure there will be some stupid reason for why they put that on there but it's so annoying

Post the link.....we can all send him "Offers" of £19 .....that will "educate" him, after all.....you still have to confirm the sale, so no loss to us.

Yes, and further £3.50 to post over Chris's way. So I offered £20 with post, instant settlement. No dice. #-o

Indeed, and sometimes you get a rant in the comments box. Don't use best offer, or make a counter offer if you don't like it

LOL, I wonder if he's worked out the correlation? :rofl2: If you'd got it for ten I'd have paid you out, plus ten to Jim's Swimathon.

It was only something I was halfway interested in, and £20 seemed a sane point to stop...
