Replacing front wing facelift c5??

I have to replace my N/S front wing on 06 C5 anybody done this before.

Seems simple enough but, would I need remove front bumper? if so Means best if there is 2 people if not I can just get on with it.

The bumper on these is urrmm rather flimsey when not attached.. you need to pull forward slightly and outwards to unclip it and it will happily hang there while you change the wing..
