I see they trot out the inevitable "it helps us fight terrorism" line. Yawn.

It's recently been espoused (by the McKinsey Institute) that the global cost of obesity exceeds the fiscal damage of war and terrorism. Where are the thousands of "slacker cams"?

Obesity is the new smoking in the UK Addo! It's the root cause of everything, including terrorism...

If only everyone had a BMI in the green zone the world would be perfect! It's the message we get shoved down our throats at every opportunity...

Bad metaphor that

Next week/month/year it'll be something else...

Yawn indeed. There always has been, and always will be disaffected nutters of one sort or another trying to do wrong. No amount of CCTV will stop them. It's a sad fact of life that occasionally their attempts will be successful.

Just about the only people here who aren't blob-shaped are either meth users or models!

I've almost completed a four month makeover of a flat on the top floor of a four storey block - going to miss the forced exercise next week.

Ah, so that is why you drive a C5! A normally sprung car would lean to one side, and the police would pull you for driving a drunk car!

When I moved into our current house, I made friends with the Geordie neighbour (still am good friends) and he was 22 stone at the time. I had a Puma, and he had a Golf GTi Mk3 with many German tuning goodies (183bhp on the rollers!) He took the Puma for a spin and said "That's a fun little car but I'd need one for each arse cheek"..

He's since lost 11 stone and runs those crazy super-marathons!

I had my first go in it the other day. First drive of one since I sold mine. I'd forgotten how much fun they are.
