I am sorry to hear about the kidney stones. I hope all is well, and that they are 'pearl' stones and not 'crystal' stones. I once had a 'pearl' kidney stone, and passing it was not comfortable, but I have been told passing a 'crystal' kidney stone is like passing a double decker bus made out of razor blades!

thanks James
i have had kidney stones before and the pain was in a different area, plus i threw in a red hearing as i mentioned i had slipped whilst getting out of the shower,
so that put the Doc into muscle strain injury mode, and every other thing they could possibly think of linked to that sort of injury, plus the main pain was around my left shoulder blade 99% of the time,

Sorry to hear of your affliction and attendant woes Malcolm, hope all is fixed now.

Maybe your kidney has relocated to your shoulder?

well to be far to the hard worked staff at A&E and the pink kipper i threw in the pot, this caused them to do a CT scan on my chest which showed up a small lung infection,
seems that why i had a pain in my shoulder?????, although after the trip to A&E yesterday and an abdomen scan when they spotted the very small stones,
the stone seem to have cleared ( touch wood ) and the pain in my shoulder has all but vanished

well all week ended up near three weeks layed up,

now hopefully back up on top'ish of things,

still going to try Bodiam Castle

http://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/bodiam-castle/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

we can do either Sat 24th 2015 of January or

Sun 1st of February 2015

we usually try to aim for around mid day, on whichever day we set in stone that is

can anyone who would like to join us give some input on which of the two dates above are better than the other,
Regards, malcolm.
