The factory where the vehicle was built was Poissy and a particularly significant year 1954

that dash did turn out to be a desoto.

I think there is no secret that the car in question has a strong american influence, but it was built in France at the Poissy factory

ruled ot the Facel Vega but there is a connection with Facel and the pillarless coupe "stablemate"

that stablemate's name can easily be worked out if you know your aircraft
